HELTIE horse® Detox has a positive effect on the liver and gallbladder and is good for the kidney function and urinary tract. It supports the cleansing effect of the liver and supports the kidney function. HELTIE horse® Detox is based on the herbs turmeric, boldo (Peumus boldus), artichoke (Cynara scolymus) and milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.).
In principle, you apply a detox to your horse twice a year, in the spring and in the autumn. A detox is intense for horses and requires a lot of energy, so it is not suitable for all horses. Always consult with us first or a vet whether a detox is responsible
HELTIE horse® Detox can also be used in dogs. We have pipettes and dosing syringes available in the webshop for easy administration.

My fjord has been walking around with hoof ulcers for a number of years. This year it was so bad that he got 3! in 2 months, of which twice on the same hoof and broke out through the coronet.
After doing and giving several things, someone came along who treated him with acupuncture, among other things. She indicated that he has problems with his liver and that this plays a role in the hoof ulcers. After I gave him a course of liver tablets, I then continued with heltie horse detox on her advice.
I had stopped this in mid-October and find it positively changed in many aspects! At first he had some problems with chafing (logical because he has to get rid of the waste products) but his hooves have become rounder and stronger according to the farrier, he also looks much happier and brighter in his eyes and has more energy. I am very happy with this and give him another detox cure in the spring.

Sometimes a new horse is a puzzle and we couldn’t really understand why Eaton had so much trouble with some of the movements.
