Shipping
All our parcels are shipped with DPD (outside Europe with PostNL). In the ordering process, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home, work or a DPD parcel shop, for example. Orders placed before 15:30 will be dispatched the same working day. In general, orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
Free shipping
From an order amount of €50,00 incl. VAT, we ship free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Below €5.50 shipping costs are charged.
In the rest of Europe there is free shipping from €100,00 and below that €10,00 shipping costs are charged. Outside Europe (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland), shipping costs depend on the country and there is no free shipping.
Shipping cost outside Europe:
- United Kingdom: €15,-
- Norway: €20,-
- Switzerland: €15,-
- Iceland: €50,-

Canada and USA
We have a dealer in Canada that imports our products and sells them all over North America. Go to Chasing Gold Performance and ask them about our products.
Returning
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are unopened. Returns can be sent at your own expense to: HELTIE horse Returns Industrieweg 19-a 7949 AJ Rogat
We would greatly appreciate it if you contact us first before returning a package. This ensures faster processing, please make sure your personal details are included (e.g. the packing slip with your IBAN).
