HELTIE horse® Triphala is a versatile herbal combination to support metabolism and digestion. Promotes a good acid-base balance in the stomach. Triphala is good for a balanced blood sugar level during training and supports when overweight.
The literal translation of triphala is 3 fruits. It comes from Ayurvedic herbal medicine and consists of 3 fruits from the Himalayan region. The fruits are: Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. These three fruits individually have their own medicinal properties, but combined they work synergistically meaning they reinforce and complement each other.
Triphala contains a high content of vitamin C, minerals and is rich in powerful antioxidants. It can be used:
